*Team Select Home Care *is currently hiring Private Duty *Registered Nurses (RNs)* in the following counties:
_*Wake, Johnston, Harnett, Wayne, Franklin, Durham, Orange, & Chatham*_

*RN Position Details and Responsibilities: *
* Review, initiate, and implement care plan in accordance with the client’s needs.
* Provide one-on-one direct nursing care in the home with medically complex clients of all ages.
* Medication management & administration
* Monitor vital signs & medical equipment.
* Perform physician-ordered interventions, such as tracheostomy or ventilator care when applicable.
* Educating clients and families while providing companionship and emotional support.
* Regular assessments, charting any client changes in condition, progress, & care needs & notifying the DON accordingly
* Assist with other total care nursing duties.
* Make independent clinical decisions when necessary.
*Shift Options (depending on client):*
* Day, evenings, Overnights
* Weekends when available
* FT, PT, & PRN available with most clients
* 6–12-hour shifts
*RN Qualifications:*
* Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program
* Current, unencumbered RN license
* BLS Certification
* Pediatric experience (preferred, but not required)
* High acuity, Trach/Vent experience (preferred, but not required)
Pay: $32-$35
