Job Description

Resident At Home:

Resident is looking to hire Head Chefs for an experiential dining concept that we are now taking on the road! Resident At Home (RAH) brings the high caliber quality of Michelin Star dining directly into the homes of guests across the country. Featuring chefs from the world’s best restaurants, we merge the quality of Michelin Star dining with the excitement of a dinner party.

RAH Head Chefs produce all events end-to-end such that it is ensured each event creates a spectacular dining experience. Our business model is unique in that we bring events into the homes of guests throughout the country. While our product is more similar to that of a fine dining establishment than a caterer, our approach incorporates elements of both business models. Our emphasis during service, and with our team is on hospitality and creating memorable experiences for our guests and teams alike. Unlike a traditional restaurant environment, our team is not congregating daily for service. Therefore, our continued success is contingent upon our team using technology to allow each colleague to communicate and understand all developments taking place at Resident At Home. Our tech-enabled approach allows the entire team to work cohesively without always being together physically, and enhances leadership’s ability to push our team members to grow and develop during their tenure at the Company.
