About the Role
The Company is seeking a President to join their team. The successful candidate will be tasked with fostering a strong company culture in line with the organization's vision and mission, as well as leading the development and execution of strategic plans. This executive-level role requires a forward-thinking individual with a proven track record in both short-term and long-term planning, including budgeting, financial management, and organizational development. The President will be responsible for the overall strategy and will work closely with the Chief Executive Officer. Applicants for the President position at the company should have a minimum of 7 years' experience in executive-level management, with a background that includes managing a full P&L for a large organization. Experience in sales, marketing, and customer service within the travel industry is essential, as is a demonstrated knowledge of B2B and B2C environments. The ideal candidate will have existing relationships with travel agencies and must possess excellent public speaking skills. The role also requires a willingness to travel extensively, with an expectation of 40-50% travel.
