Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Freelance Paid Ads Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various platforms to drive traffic, generate leads, and achieve measurable business goals. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced digital marketer with a proven track record in paid media management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute paid advertising strategies tailored to specific business objectives, including brand awareness, lead generation, and conversions.
• Platform Management: Create and manage campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant channels.
• Audience Targeting: Conduct thorough research to define and refine target audiences using demographic, behavioral, and interest-based data.
• Ad Creation: Collaborate with the creative team (or independently create) compelling ad copy, visuals, and A/B testing variations to optimize performance.
• Budget Management: Allocate and optimize ad spend to achieve the best return on investment (ROI) while staying within budget constraints.
• Performance Monitoring: Track campaign performance using analytics tools, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide actionable insights.
• Reporting: Prepare regular performance reports and communicate results, trends, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Continuous Optimization: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance ad performance, including refining audience segments and adjusting bidding strategies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in managing paid advertising campaigns with measurable success.
• Proficiency in platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Excel, and campaign dashboards.
• Ability to create compelling ad copy and understand design principles for ad visuals.
• Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex metrics to non-marketing stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines independently.
