Overview - Power Washing Technician
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated individual to join our team as a power washing technician at Rolling Suds of Tampa Bay, a veteran owned and operated company. Drawing on over 30 years of experience in the industry, we are committed to providing our team with the best tools, equipment, and training to ensure their success. This role demands a commitment to working hard as part of a team, delivering excellent service, and completing all jobs to the highest standards. Additionally, this position offers the potential to grow into an Lead Technician role within the company, where you would lead a power washing team and take on greater operational responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Lead Technician to complete all assigned projects.
• Employ the proper power washing and cleaning procedures.
• Work as a team to complete the project in a professional manner.
• Follow safety protocols.
• Support Lead Technician to ensure all equipment is operational before and after each shift.
• Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.

Qualifications

• Experience working outdoors is strongly preferred.
• Ability to safely climb ladders and work on roofs.
• Capable of lifting up to 50lbs.
• Must possess a valid Driver's License and maintain a clean driving record.
• Pressure washing experience is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in driving large vehicles is an advantage.

Work Schedule

• The position is primarily Monday through Friday, 8am-4pm.

Compensation

• The role offers a base compensation range of $18-20 per hour.
• Potential for monthly performance bonuses.
