This role will require skills in data solutions development, data analysis, documenting functional/technical requirements, building user relationships, and cross-team collaboration. The Reporting Analyst should also be able to manage multiple project workloads, develop a good understanding of the development/business processes, and identify opportunities to improve processes with supported technologies. Requirements: Degree in a quantitative discipline (such as Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Math), or equivalent work experience. 3-5 years hands-on experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (PowerBI, PowerApps, Power Automate) Advanced SQL skills (querying data, creating views/stored procs) Nice to Haves: Other BI Tools (QlikView, SSRS, Cognos) Scripting experience for data movement (VBA, Python, R, etc.) Knowledge of Financial Applications and Accounting Systems Data Modeling Critical Performance Competencies: Analytical and critical thinking ability Self-motivated & self-directed Effectively communicate with business, accounting, and technology teams Learn processes, systems, and applications quickly.
