Job Details Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Pipe Foreman, your daily duties will include:
1. Supervising and coordinating the activities of workers engaged in pipe welding & pipe fitting and other related activities.
2. Ensuring compliance with all safety protocols and policies.
3. Reviewing blueprints, drawings, and other specification papers before starting work on a new project.
4. Inspecting, examining, and testing installed systems and pipelines using testing equipment.
5. Troubleshooting any operational issues that arise and implementing effective solutions.
6. Training and mentoring new staff members, ensuring they adhere to our high standards.
7. Scheduling regular maintenance and inspection of machinery and equipment.
8. Collaborating with other team leads and management to optimize production and improve processes.
9. Ensuring the completion of projects within the stipulated timeline and budget.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Pipe Foreman position should possess the following qualifications:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in pipe welding & pipe fitting or related field.
2. Proven experience as a foreman or similar leadership role.
3. Extensive knowledge of pipe manufacturing processes, including the use of various machinery and equipment.
4. Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
5. Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
6. Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
8. A strong understanding of safety protocols and industry regulations.
9. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
