MS-IL Staffing & Packaging and its local client are NOW HIRING Picker/Packer Associates in the Batesville, Indiana, area!

$16.50 / hour

Shifts: 1st, 5:30am-6pm Friday-Sunday

**Must be willing and available to work OVERTIME as needed**

Picker/Packer associates are responsible for quality control, tracking, transporting, and packaging order items for distribution. Quality inspectors are highly organized, detail oriented, and observant.

Job duties:

• Stow, scan, pick, pack, load, unload, inspect and audit all with safety, care, and speed
• Perform other duties as assigned with the flexibility to rotate to other departments and work extended hours, as necessary
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time, frequently reaching with hands and arms, twisting, bending, stooping, squatting, lifting and carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lbs

Skills & requirements:

• Experience in picking and packing preferred
• Basic math, reading, and comprehension skills
• Must be dependable & reliable
• Must pass drug screen and background check
• E-Verify employer

Physical requirements:

• Must be able to stand 12 hours per day
• Must be able to walk for 12 hours per day

Work environment:

• Warehouse facility
• Non temperature controlled environment

Dress code: Blue jeans or work pants, closed toed shoes
