Responsibilities As a Physician Recruiter, you will recruit qualified Physicians and Advance Practice Providers (APP) for medical staff. Please note this is an on-site position and will require travel throughout the Nashville, Tennessee (TN) area. Responsibilities include: Review staff requisitions and develop a recruitment strategy and set of selection criteria. Perform recruitment search via a variety of methods. Review applications and resumes, conduct screening interviews, and coordinate credentialing, reference and background checks of potential candidates. Extract and compile data for recruitment metrics and reporting. Compile and enter candidate and new hire information. Complies with employment laws and regulations in recruitment and hiring activities. Requirements Education: High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
