In addition to patient care, the responsibilities of a Senior Therapist with our Hermitage South team includes:
- Coaching and guiding a team of 3-4 clinicians within the clinic towards clinical excellence and optimal patient outcomes.
- Lead weekly patient care conferences.
- Serve as an instructor for monthly learning courses for students on rotation.
In order to promote a healthy work balance, there will be 1-3 hours a week reserved for administrative duties based on mentor and teaching load. Consistent with Upstream's commitment to continued growth, our Senior Therapists attend an annual Senior Therapist Academy where the have the opportunity to collaborate and learn with other Senior Therapists on methods to improve clinical excellence and patient outcomes to serve our teams and communities best.
