Healthcare Therapy Services is the therapy provider at ten top-rated, progressive senior living communities in Fort Wayne, IN, and the surrounding local areas. We are currently hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our collaborative teams treating in post-acute settings: rehab-to-home, long term care, memory care and outpatient.
This position offers the flexibility to choose between working Full-Time or Part-Time.
Choose the work experience that suits you best!
· Full-Time: Cover more than one facility, with compensated drive time and mileage between locations.
· Part-Time: Cover primarily one facility.
Position Details:
· Competitive hourly rate.
· Full-Time: 30–40 hours per week, typically Monday through Friday.
· Part-Time: 10–20 hours per week, flexible weekdays.

Requirements:
Applicants must have an active Indiana Physical Therapist Assistant license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license. These qualifications include graduation from a Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education-accredited physical therapist assistant education program, subsequent passing of a state-administered national exam, and fulfilling the state’s requirements for licensure.
Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
