Job Description Personal Caregiver, Part-Time

Duties

• - Provide personal care assistance that may include, bathing, grooming, dressing, stand-by assistance, respite care for family caregivers, medication reminders, physical, occupational or therapy exercise reminders, laundry / housekeeping / meal preparation, grocery shopping, continence care / toileting, transfers

Requirements:

• - A passion for serving Seniors, or Adults with Disabilities.
• - Drivers license and personal reliable transportation to shifts
• - Reliable transportation to shifts within Milwaukee County.
• - Smartphone for using the Caregiver Go App.
• - Ability to pass a drug screen test and a background check.
• - Excellent people skills.
• - Two references * preferred*

Suggested Requirements:

• - Experience giving cares to Seniors and/or people with disabilities.
• - CNA, CBRF, or in progress toward achieve either.
• - Two references.

We individually review the care of each of our clients, and make personal introductions between them and you. We have monthly Caregiver communication meetings to stay connected, share experiences and to help you learn best practices.
