Skill Requirements:
8+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 3-5 years in a test lead or management role.
Extensive experience with HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM) and corporate systems.
Proven experience in leading and implementing Behavior Driven Development and Test Driven Development frameworks
Strong knowledge of test management tools (e.g., JIRA, Xray) and test automation frameworks (BDD, Cucumber , Selenium, Rest Assured, Playwright, PACT Js and Sauce Labs ).

Position Overview:
The Program Level Test Lead will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating all Quality Assurance activities across HR and Corporate systems. This position requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of functional and non functional testing methodologies, HRIS systems, and corporate applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of system implementations, migrations, and integrations, driving test strategy, planning, execution, and reporting across multiple concurrent projects.
