Job Description

Join a dynamic team of Pediatric ENTs in one of the nation's fastest-growing pediatric health systems, located in beautiful Phoenix, AZ.

As one of the fastest-growing cities in the U.S., Phoenix offers a remarkable blend of affordable living and high-quality lifestyle. With 300 days of sunshine each year, you'll have endless opportunities to enjoy outdoor activities like hiking, biking, and golfing in nearby Scottsdale or take weekend trips to explore the surrounding desert and mountains. Phoenix boasts a lower cost of living compared to other large U.S. cities, offering affordable housing options, world-class dining, and excellent public and private schools, making it an ideal place for families and professionals alike. Enjoy the benefits of living in a metropolitan area with a small-town feel, where you can escape the high costs and congestion found in other major cities.

Position Highlights:
  • Work-Life Balance: A 4-day work week allows for optimal work-life balance, with 2 days in the clinic, 2 days in the OR, and 1 administrative day per week. Enjoy low patient volumes that ensure a high level of care without burnout.
  • Specialized Care: Be part of a team that focuses on aerodigestive and complex airway disorders, with the opportunity for growth in virtually every pediatric ENT specialty. Perform life-changing work in a system that handles 6,000 procedures per year and is expanding with two new children's hospitals in 2024.
  • Supportive Call Schedule: With just 5 weeks of call per year, no clinic responsibilities during on-call periods, and first call covered by residents or APPs, this position is designed to support a balanced lifestyle.
  • Teaching Opportunity: Work with and mentor medical students, residents, and fellows, contributing to the development of the next generation of pediatric ENT specialists.

Why Phoenix?
Phoenix, the 5th largest city in the U.S. with over 5 million residents, is known for its affordable cost of living and its vibrant, youthful energy. Housing is more affordable than in many other large metropolitan areas, making it easier to find your dream home while still enjoying all the perks of big city life. The city is home to a diverse culinary scene, top-rated golf courses, and cultural attractions.
Whether you want to take a short drive to Scottsdale for upscale dining and outdoor activities or relax in the comfort of a warm, sunny climate, Phoenix has it all. Plus, with no shortage of parks, hiking trails, and family-friendly neighborhoods, it's a perfect place to build a life outside of work.

Benefits:
  • Competitive Compensation and Full Benefits Package
  • Generous PTO: Take full advantage of the 5-day work week, with ample paid time off to recharge.
  • Growth Opportunities: With a pediatric health system ranked #1 in Arizona and #3 in the Southwestern U.S., there's no better time to join this expanding program and grow your career.

This is a unique opportunity to practice pediatric ENT in a thriving, supportive community while enjoying the lifestyle and affordability of living in Phoenix. If you're looking for both professional fulfillment and a high quality of life, this position is perfect for you.
