Are you a Payroll Analyst who thrives on the thrill of managing financial data and ensuring accuracy? Are you experienced in ADP, MS Great Plains or Paycor software? This is an opportunity to work in a fast-paced and exciting environment where your work will have a direct impact on the financial health and success of our organization.
Responsibilities:
As our Accounts Payable Analyst, you will be responsible for a wide range of duties including but not limited to:
1. Processing payroll for 30+ locations
2.Multi-state payroll for 2000+ employees
3.Payroll Reconciliations
4.Payroll compliance
5. Assisting employees with any payroll discrepancies and serving as the main point of contact for any general payroll questions.
Qualifications:
To qualify for this role, you must have:
1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll processing
2. Previous experience with ADP, MS Great Plains or Paycor
3. Experience with high volume payroll processing.
4. Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. The ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
