Our client is a worldwide telecommunications company that offers voice, data and video services and solutions on its award-winning networks and platforms, delivering on customers' demand for mobility, reliable network connectivity, security, and control.


We are looking for a Part-Time Project Coordinator to compile project status reports, coordinate project schedules, manage project meetings, and identify and assist with technical problem troubleshooting.


Location: Alpharetta, GA 10300 - HYBRID

Position: Part-Time Project Coordinator

Pay: $28.95/hr. on W2

Duration: 11 months or longer

Shift: Mon-Thurs 9a-2pm. 20 hours/week

Hybrid Schedule: Tues/Wed will be in office; Mon/Thurs will be work from home. No work on Fri, Sat, or Sun required.



Targeted Years of Experience: 5-7 years



Responsibilities:

  • Compiles project status reports, coordinates project schedules, manages project meetings, and identifies and assist with technical problem troubleshooting
  • Assist in project communications; issue straightforward communications to limited audiences.
  • Work under supervision in coordinating specific components and project work activities.
    Compile data to complete various reporting deliverables in Verizon tools
  • Assist the Project Manager (PM) in coordination of information to support the project design and planning.
  • Document and track results of discussions, project planning sessions, risk mitigation plans, and modifications to project plan documents.


MUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important) :

  • High level, executive presentation experience in PowerPoint or Google apps . Specifically putting together well polished executive decks for these types of presentations. This ability is a MUST.
  • 5+ years' experience.
  • Previous administrative experience - scheduling and running meetings, taking and sending out notes and action items, running presentations, putting together presentation decks and data, charts, and information in an executive format.
  • Previously worked in a professional environment.


DESIRED SKILLS:

  • Previous project management or PM coordinator experience.
  • Organized
  • Previous data analyst experience


EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:

  • Formal education will be considered in hiring process but there are no specific requirements for this role.
