Location: Webster, SD

Shift: Varies

Job Schedule: Part-time

Weekly Hours: 12.00

Salary Range: $33.50 - $48.00

About Our Team

Join our diverse, tight-knit, and family-friendly environment at the Webster Medical Center on the Medical/Surgical unit. You’ll collaborate with Physicians and Patient Care Technicians in our newly remodeled facility, which features:

• A total of 25 beds
• One 12-hour shift per week from 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM
• Every other to every third weekend
• Shift differentials
• A wide variety of nursing experiences in this critical access hospital

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate patient care, assessments, education, triage, and various nursing interventions
• Collaborate with colleagues, including physicians, to plan, implement, and evaluate care
• Provide empathetic care for patients throughout all stages of preventive services, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up
• Demonstrate competency and utilize comprehensive nursing expertise

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• A degree from an accredited nursing program (AACN, ACEN, or NLN CNEA preferred)
• An unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing or multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
• The ability to obtain and maintain required department-specific competencies and certifications
