salary: $19 - $20 per hour
shift: Third
work hours: 11 PM - 7 AM
education: No Degree Required
Responsibilities
•Manually remove finished bags from line and pack in cartons
•Perform quality checks and record information.
•Perform basic adjustments and measurements on assigned equipment with little support from the cell
leader and/or group leader to maintain quality specifications.
•Prepare input rolls for splicing to current product
•Keep accurate records of reclaim and downtime.
•Maintain clean, safe work area.
•Demonstrate a working knowledge of all plant and departmental safety procedures and guidelines.
•Perform other tasks as directed by supervisor and/or group leader.
•Communicate effectively with off-going and on-coming shift personnel.
The essential functions of this role include:
- wearing steel toe shoes
- manual lifting up to 50lbs
- standing for 10 hours at one time
