Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Pharmaceutical Packing Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the packaging of pharmaceutical products, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and quality standards. You will work closely with the production and quality teams to meet packaging goals, maintain a clean work environment, and ensure that products are safely and accurately packed for distribution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor packaging machinery to pack pharmaceutical products (tablets, capsules, liquids, etc.) according to specifications.
• Perform quality checks on packaging materials and products, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company guidelines.
• Accurately label, weigh, and inspect packed products for defects, damages, or inconsistencies.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety and hygiene protocols to prevent contamination.
• Report any machine malfunctions, product defects, or packaging discrepancies to supervisors immediately.
• Assist in the setup and changeover of packaging equipment when switching between product types or sizes.
• Maintain accurate records of production output, including batch numbers, quantities, and packaging specifications.
• Follow all safety regulations and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist in the inventory management of packaging materials and supplies.
• Work closely with quality assurance to ensure all regulatory and quality requirements are met.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: Prior experience in a pharmaceutical, food, or packaging environment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Basic math skills for counting and measuring products.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift up to [weight], and handle materials as needed.
• Knowledge of GMP, FDA regulations, or similar industry standards is a plus.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
