$15 an hour plus uncapped bonus on confirmed Appointments.

We are seeking experienced, motivated, and results-driven Appointment Setters to join our team. As part of our outbound calling department, you'll play a critical role in connecting with prospects, qualifying leads, and setting appointment for our sales executives. If you thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment, can think on your feet, and have a knack for turning conversations into commitments, we want you on our team.

What You’ll Do

• Engage with prospects through our auto dialer system — every connected call is a chance to sell the appointment.
• Present company value in a professional, engaging way.
• Overcome objections and build rapport quickly.
• Set qualified appointments in alignment with company KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.

Requirements

• Prior experience in outbound calling, telesales, vacation sales, timeshares or appointment setting.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.

• Self-motivated and able to meet performance targets.
• Comfortable working with scripts and call-tracking software.
• Resilient, coachable, and team-oriented.
