Job Description

Select how often (in days) to receive an alert:

• Executing order management related activities order system entry/ release, discrepancy resolution, involvement in delivery arrangements where required.
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with key business stakeholders: Sales, Finance, Master Data, Supply Chain, Distribution teams.
• Managing customer and business partners queries.
• Preparing regular and ad-hoc reports.
• Supporting new customer creation and modification process.
• Implementing improvements to existing processes to increase efficiency of daily operations.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Fluent French, good command of English; Spanish/ Portuguese will be of extra asset
• Experience and understanding of Customer Service/ Supply Chain/ Distribution areas; French market familiarity will be an advantage
• Excellent analytical skills fluency with data, systems, reports
• SAP, MS Office (Excel), PowerBI/ VB language will be of extra asset
