Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle OTM Functional Consultant to join our team and support the implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep functional expertise in OTM modules and a strong understanding of global transportation processes, system configurations, and integration with other enterprise systems (ERP, WMS, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for OTM configurations.
• Lead and support end-to-end OTM implementation and upgrade projects.
• Configure Oracle OTM modules including Order Management, Planning, Execution, Freight Payment, and Business Process Automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business users, technical teams, and third-party vendors.
• Design and document functional solutions, workflows, and process maps.
• Conduct testing (unit, system, UAT) and support defect resolution.
• Provide training and end-user support post-implementation.
• Participate in system upgrades, patches, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support integration efforts with ERP (Oracle EBS, SAP, etc.) and external carriers or 3PL systems.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, data standards, and best practices.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on functional experience with Oracle OTM (Cloud or On-Premise).
• Strong knowledge of OTM modules: Transportation Planning, Order Management, Shipment Execution, Freight Settlement.
• Experience with business process design in a logistics/transportation context.
• Familiarity with integration tools and techniques (XML, EDI, BPEL, SOA, REST/SOAP APIs).
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills.
