  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting patients with frame and lens selections
  • Conduct accurate and thorough eyewear fittings and adjustments
  • Educate patients on lens options, frames, and other optical products
  • Process orders and maintain accurate patient records
  • Collaborate with the optical team to achieve sales goals and targets
  • Stay updated on industry trends and products through ongoing training and education
Required Skills
  • Highschool Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in optical products, eyewear, and contact lenses.
  • Strong leadership skills with the drive to help the practice grow.
  • Enthusiastic about marketing and promoting the practice.
  • A multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
