On Call Banquet Server

Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe is seeking a dynamic individual for Banquet Servers. An individual who shares our passion for achieving service excellence and infuses enthusiasm into everything he/she does!

• 1+ years of banquet service or F&B Service industry experience preferably in a luxury hospitality environment
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and Holidays

What would my job responsibilities be?

• Using your genuine and authentic personality you will provide impeccable services to our group and social catering events at the resort and off property events.
• Understanding people's situations and feelings and taking actions to make it the best experience ever.
• Create a strong and open communication within the banquet team to ensure seamless service throughout event.
• A strong ability to be aware and present in areas of service to anticipate all guest needs before the ask.
• Is a brave problem solver in all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolves customer complaints; assists customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc..
• A committed team player.
