Office Furniture Installers
CD Staffing is a locally owned and operated staffing firm based in Orlando, Florida with locations throughout Florida, North Carolina, and Tennessee. We currently have an opening with a large, well-known company in Orlando Area looking for Cubicles and Furniture Installers with Tools (See above) !
Pay Rates is $16-18 hr DOE - Day Shift -
Job Description:
Duties:
- Assemble and install furniture according to specifications and instructions
- Ensure proper placement and alignment of furniture pieces
- Secure furniture to walls or floors as required for safety
- Inspect furniture for any defects or damages and report any issues to the supervisor
- Assist with loading and unloading furniture from delivery trucks
- Move and rearrange furniture within a space as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Skills:
- Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
- Physical strength and stamina to lift heavy furniture pieces
- Attention to detail and accuracy in installation processes
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within deadlines
- Experience : 1-2 years work experience preferred (on the job training for entry level applicants)
Please note that this position may require occasional evening or out of town work based on project requirements.
Must Have Tools (List of Tools will be provided if hired)
