Craftexcom We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment by providing essential administrative support. The ideal candidate will possess a proactive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a strong attention to detail. You will handle a variety of tasks including managing correspondence, coordinating schedules, and maintaining office supplies.

Pay range:
$19.50 - $28.00 hourly

Key Responsibilities

• Answering and directing phone calls in a professional manner.
• Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and mail.
• Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars for team members.
• Organizing and maintaining filing systems for easy access to documents.
• Assisting with the preparation of reports and presentations as needed.
• Ordering and maintaining office supplies to ensure optimal inventory levels.
• Coordinating meetings and taking minutes when required.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an administrative assistant is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
