I am seeking an Part Time - OFFICE & PERSONAL ASSISTANT to join my team! This is a 1099 Contractor Position, and Work Days will be Monday, Tuesday, and Fridays from 9:00 A.M. (TBD) - 3:00 PM. In the event I am off work you would be as well. You will arrive to my office each day, and perform tasks listed below:

Responsibilities:

  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents as needed
  • Cleaning the office and organizing
  • Calling for quotes or project updates, as needed.
  • Maintain organized filing systems by creating file folders, and filing papers away
  • Sort through leases, until we have them all uploaded to an electronic system
  • Perform all other office tasks as administered
  • Pick up orders from local businesses when needed. 
  • Watch daily calendar and keep me on track!!! (I am so busy & always interrupted! This may turn into adding calendar events with the right candidate!)
  • Perform Property Site Checks weekly, notating deficiencies

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office assistant or other related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • ​Strong organizational skills
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft, and APPLE products.
  • Easy Going and laid back personality
  • Highschool diploma

The dress for this position is casual. We will share an office, and unless out on errands you will mostly stay in office and report to me directly. I am looking for someone that can be my right hand essentially with a friendly but serious personality with a strong commitment to getting this done the right way. Honesty and reliability are important attributes to possess!
