Boutique AV-Rated law firm seeks a part-time Litigation Attorney to serve as an independent contractor . This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled litigator seeking flexible hours, a collegial team, and substantive casework without the demands of a full-time schedule.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, self-directed, and capable of managing all aspects of litigation with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of litigation from inception through resolution
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Participate in depositions, mediations, and court appearances as necessary
• Communicate effectively with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
• Utilize electronic discovery tools and legal database systems
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active Nevada law license in good standing
• At least 3 years of litigation experience preferred
• Proficiency in legal research, electronic discovery, and case management tools
• Strong writing, analytical, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Type: Part-Time, Independent Contractor
Compensation: Hourly rate based on experience
Work Location: Primarily in-person with some remote flexibility
