Windom Area Health is seeking a dedicated individual to fill the role of Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant - Hospitalist. This provider will work in collaboration with a care team to provide exceptional patient care within the hospital setting. Key responsibilities include managing admissions, rounding and discharges, as well as ensuring the utilization of specialists and consultations. Also will participate in multidisciplinary rounding, coordinate patient care, and provide occasional support in the ER depending on availability. Typically 60/hrs per pay period (every 2 weeks), 1 weekend per month and 2 holidays per year. Additional weekends optional.
