Mechanical Design Engineer, Supervisor for a
direct hire opportunity with our client based out of
Naperville, IL or Atlanta, GA . This role is open to a
remote or hybrid work model , with a preference for local candidates open to a hybrid work schedule.

Key Responsibilities: - Lead and mentor a diverse team of engineers, fostering professional growth and excellence.

Qualifications: - BS in Mechanical Engineering required.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial nuclear mechanical engineering.
- Consulting engineering experience preferred.
- Proficient in multidisciplinary engineering and quality management principles.
- Professional Engineering License is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to initiate, plan, and execute tasks to completion.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt and propose alternative solutions.
- Results-driven with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Effective communicator, comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels.
- Confident in making technical and business decisions.
