Charlotte Tilbury is seeking a Full-Time Beauty Advisor to join our team. As a Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales by promoting and demonstrating our makeup and skincare products. You will embody the Charlotte Tilbury brand ethos and deliver an unforgettable shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage customers and provide personalized beauty consultations
• Assist customers in finding the right products for their specific needs and preferences
• Demonstrate and educate customers on the application and benefits of Charlotte Tilbury products
• Meet and exceed sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Maintain a clean and organized counter and work area
• Stay updated on product knowledge and trends in the beauty industry

Requirements:

• Prior experience in the beauty industry, preferably as a beauty advisor or makeup artist
• Passion for makeup, skincare, and the beauty industry
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment
• Energetic and positive attitude
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as required
