The Non CDL Permit Trainee position involves comprehensive training in route completion and safety practices to prepare for obtaining a CDL Class A license. Key responsibilities include active participation in classroom and hands-on training, assisting drivers, and achieving performance expectations. The role requires a commitment to attendance, collaboration with trainers and drivers, and adherence to safety policies while performing various tasks in inclement weather conditions.
Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law. The expected base rate for this role is $19.74/hour .
As applicable, this role will also receive overtime compensation,.
