Job Title: NetSuite Techno-Functional Consultant Location: San Fransico, CA Job Type: Contract Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced NetSuite Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team. This role requires a professional with a deep understanding of NetSuite ERP, combining technical skills and functional knowledge to analyze, design, implement, and support NetSuite solutions that meet the specific needs of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a balanced expertise in both NetSuite customization and configuration, with the ability to interact with stakeholders, gather requirements, and provide optimal solutions. Key Responsibilities: NetSuite Implementation & Customization: Lead and support NetSuite ERP implementations and enhancements. Design and implement customizations, including SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, and SuiteBuilder, to tailor the system to meet business needs. Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and workflows to improve business operations. Functional Analysis & Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into NetSuite functionalities. Identify opportunities to improve NetSuite ERP processes and optimize existing configurations. Document business requirements, processes, and workflows and align NetSuite solutions accordingly. Data Management & Integration: Oversee data migration, data mapping, and data cleansing activities. Manage system integration between NetSuite and other applications, utilizing APIs and middleware. Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure seamless data flow across systems. System Administration & User Support: Perform regular system maintenance, upgrades, and NetSuite release management. Provide user training, technical support, and troubleshooting assistance for NetSuite users. Develop and maintain user guides, training materials, and system documentation. Process Improvement & Optimization: Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements using NetSuite best practices. Lead projects focused on enhancing NetSuite functionality, optimizing workflows, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Proactively identify areas for automation and simplification to drive efficiency. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as a NetSuite Consultant, with a balanced focus on both technical and functional capabilities. Technical Skills: Proficient in SuiteScript (1.0 & 2.0), SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, and SuiteAnalytics. Experience with JavaScript, SQL, and web services (REST/SOAP). Familiarity with integration tools and middleware (e.g., Dell Boomi, Celigo, etc.) is a plus. Functional Skills: Strong understanding of NetSuite modules: Financials, Supply Chain, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, CRM, etc. Ability to design and implement solutions aligning with business needs and best practices. Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects. Experience in training users and documenting requirements and solutions. Preferred Qualifications: NetSuite Certified ERP Consultant or equivalent certifications.
