Job Responsibilities Candidates should have a proven track record of mentoring and developing emerging professionals, with strong research skills related to the field. Experience in directing student research projects or contributing to academic inquiry is highly valued. The role requires integrating practical industry knowledge with academic rigor to provide students with a comprehensive and engaging learning experience. Qualifications Ideal candidates will possess a minimum of a graduate degree in business, sport management, or a related field. Candidates should also have at least 10 years of professional experience in the motorsport industry, demonstrating expertise in business roles and management of teams, brands, or racing organizations.
