Qualifications: To be considered for this position, you must have the following qualifications: Ability to prepare weldments for assembly into structural fabricated products. Proficiency in achieving high-quality and maximum-strength welds with a wide range of metal sizes, with minimal distortion. Capability to read blueprints and weld symbols (able to pass a Weld Exam). Experience running 0.45, 0.52, 1/16 wire. Rudimentary math skills. Knowledge of jib and overhead cranes. Ability to fit from a blueprint with or without fixtures. Proficient in planning all welding jobs from start to finish, using a wide range of metal sizes. Ability to work with limited supervision. Capability to work across multiple product lines (six different product lines). Must be able to wear steel-toed boots and metatarsal guards. Must pass pre-employment physical, background check, drug screen, and respirator exam. Fitting skills with and without prints.
