Pay Range: $30.34 - $37.39 per hour

The above reflects the anticipated hourly wage range for this position if hired to work in New Jersey.

The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience.

Job Overview:

Participates in all crisis intervention, crisis management action per the program’s policies and procedures. Some job responsibilities: assessment of consumers in the community, patient’s home, police departments etc. to assess mental health consumers as requested.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Masters degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related field.
• Candidate must have a minimum of one year experience POST master degree working full time or full time equivalent, in the behavioral health field
• Candidate must have a valid driver license and ability to drive agency vehicles during outreach calls.

Scheduling Requirements:

• 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
• Alternating Weekends and Holidays
• Full Time

Essential Functions:

• Takes responsibility for professional growth and development through on-going participation in educational programs on-site and offsite, including clinically overseeing interns in the program. 
• Maintains established departmental/hospital policies and procedures/objectives, quality assurance, safety, environmental and infection control standards.
• Meets assigned productivity requirements.
• Completes charge tickets as assigned, meeting program policy for timeliness.
• Provides data on services to supervision on time as required.
• Where assigned, uses computer to enter data, schedule appointments, and coordinate care.
