What Youll Do

1. Answer inbound calls / web callbacks from Medicare-eligible clients.
2. Guide each client to the best Medicare Advantage, Supplement, or PartD plan using our quote-and-enroll platform.
3. Submit e-apps in full CMS compliance and log notes in the CRM.
4. Follow up on pending business to maximize placement and renewals.
