We are seeking a dedicated and organized Billing Office Manager and sales associate to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that the office runs smoothly and efficiently, providing support to staff and management while maintaining a positive work environment. The Medical Insurance Biller will be responsible for preparing and submitting medical claims to insurance companies, handling denials, and ensuring the accuracy of claim information. Duties include verifying insurance coverage, interpreting medical coding (ICD-10), and working with Medicare billing. The individual will also communicate with healthcare providers and insurance companies to resolve billing issues and follow up on unpaid claims. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
