San Francisco, California. Note: This is a contract position with a 6 months end date from date of hire.
In this entry-level role, this position revolves around establishing and maintaining strong branding and our online presence of our Department. This position involves creating engaging content across various platforms, including press releases, updating website content, and social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, GoogleMyBusiness, and YouTube).
This role will require strategizing and scheduling news releases and posts, and actively monitoring trends to keep content relevant and appealing to the target audience. Collaboration within the Department and UCSF Health will be necessary to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.
The overall goal is to build brand awareness, drive engagement, and ultimately contribute to the Department’s mission (Pioneering musculoskeletal discovery and innovative care to transform lives) and its four pillars: clinical care (adult and pediatric), education, research, and outreach.
The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy. Please note: An offer will take into consideration the experience of the final candidate AND the current salary level of individuals working at UCSF in a similar role.
