We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing strategies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns. The Marketing Agent will work closely with the marketing team to drive brand awareness, engage target audiences, and support the overall growth and sales of the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies : Create, plan, and execute marketing campaigns to promote the company's products/services across various platforms.
• Manage social media accounts : Post content, engage with followers, and analyze social media performance metrics to increase visibility and engagement.
• Market research : Conduct research to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitors, providing insights for effective marketing strategies.
• Collaboration with sales teams : Work closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals and ensure brand consistency.
• Track and analyze campaign performance : Measure the success of marketing efforts using analytics and reporting tools, making data-driven adjustments to improve results.
• Event coordination : Organize and promote events such as product launches, trade shows, and webinars to drive engagement and brand recognition.
• Email marketing : Create and manage email marketing campaigns, segment audiences, and analyze campaign effectiveness.
• Customer relationship management (CRM) : Utilize CRM tools to track leads, manage customer relationships, and assist in lead generation efforts.
