Marketing Research Interviewer (Remote - $15/hr)

Are you great at talking to people and gathering insights? Join our team as a Marketing Research Interviewer and play a key role in connecting participants with exciting research opportunities!

We recruit individuals for all types of qualitative marketing research, and we need friendly, detail-oriented interviewers to ensure we match the right participants to the right projects. This is a remote position paying $15.00 per hour and is a great opportunity for those who enjoy engaging conversations and research.

What You'll Do

Conduct phone interviews with individuals who have applied to participate in research studies.
Use questionnaires and screening documents to determine participant eligibility.
Maintain a professional and friendly rapport while gathering information.
Ensure accuracy by reviewing and completing documentation as needed.
Enter data into Google Sheets daily and keep records up to date.
Attend remote training sessions to stay informed and ensure success in the role.
Communicate with supervisors or the Qualitative Director for guidance or additional assignments.
Make reminder and confirmation calls to participants as needed.
Submit detailed reports at the end of each shift and prepare for the next shift.
Perform other related tasks as required.

What We're Looking For

Strong communication skills - you enjoy talking to people and can maintain a professional yet friendly tone.
Computer literacy - proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and Excel is a plus.
Attention to detail - ability to follow instructions and ensure error-free documentation.
Flexibility - adaptable schedule and ability to multitask efficiently.
Positive and professional attitude - reliability and enthusiasm are key!

Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma required.
Experience: Prior experience in market research or a call center is a plus but not required.
