Core Responsibilities

• Guide and inspire a team of skilled production personnel, nurturing a positive workplace.
• Implement and enforce SOPs for compliance and operational excellence.
• Spearhead continuous advancement projects to optimize processes and minimize waste.
• Conduct Manufacturing Instruction training, empowering the team with knowledge and skills.
• Oversee production metrics closely, swiftly addressing issues to sustain efficiency.
• Coordinate with various departments to synchronize production targets with the company's goals.
• Promote a strong safety culture, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
• Work hours: Monday-Thursday, 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM
