We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team to support our Los Angeles locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our clients and their residents.
Pay Ranges from $19.00- $23.00+ D.O.E Job Duties · Perform routine maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general repairs.
· Conduct inspections of common areas and residential units to identify and address maintenance needs.
· Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency situations.
· Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and company policies.
· Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
· Collaborate with property management staff to ensure the overall well-being of the property and its residents.
Job Requirements · Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role.
· Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance techniques.
· Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Strong communication and customer service skills.
· Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required.
· Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
