Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and repairs on 120/208/240/480 voltage systems.
- Conduct machine safety inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Troubleshoot and repair Variable Frequency Drives (VFD) and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC).
- Maintain and repair servo motors to ensure optimal performance.
- Work with various machine brands including Fanuc, Allen Bradley, and Siemens.
- Collaborate with other maintenance team members to enhance equipment reliability.
- Document maintenance activities and maintain accurate records of repairs and inspections.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Electrician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including 120/208/240/480 voltage systems.
- Experience with machine safety inspections and compliance.
- Familiarity with Variable Frequency Drives (VFD) and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC).
- Hands-on experience with servo motors and related technologies.
- Ability to work with Fanuc, Allen Bradley, and Siemens machinery.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Relevant certifications or licenses in electrical maintenance are a plus.
