We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Gym Manager to oversee the daily operations of our fitness facility in Boston-Dedham, MA. The ideal candidate will have a passion for health and fitness, excellent leadership skills, and a strong business acumen. Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of the gym, including staff scheduling, member relations, and facility maintenance Develop and implement strategies to increase membership and revenue Create and maintain a positive and welcoming environment for members Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to track progress and make data-driven decisions Qualifications: Previous experience in a management role within the fitness industry Strong leadership and communication skills Knowledge of health and fitness trends Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Certification in personal training or fitness instruction is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Rock Spot Climbing
