As a Luxury Watch Sales Associate, you'll join a legacy spanning over 130 years and contribute to our renowned reputation for exceptional service and expertise in the industry.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients in a personalized, professional, and knowledgeable manner, adapting to their unique tastes and preferences.
• Guide clients through our extensive collection of over 20 authorized watch lines including TAG Heuer, Longines, ORIS, Bremont as well as Pre-owned Inventory from Rolex, Patek, Jaeger LeCoultre, and Cartier. Ensure they find the perfect piece for their special moments.
• Foster and maintain lasting relationships with your clientele through regular follow-up by phone, email, and personalized offers.
• Share insights on industry trends and provide feedback on our diverse assortment of merchandise to help us continually evolve our offerings.
• Serve as the store's expert in your designated area of responsibility and collaborate with other departments to ensure the highest level of sales and client satisfaction.
• Partner with our repair department, marketing department, or jewelry departments on various projects to enhance the overall customer experience and drive business growth.

Requirements:

• Team player: We expect all our staff to work together to create the best possible experience for every client, embracing our unique and authentic culture.
• Proven history of sales success in luxury retail or a related industry.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and a genuine passion for connecting with people.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn and adapt to new software as needed.
• Minimum 1-year watch sales experience.

Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree.
• Management or leadership experience.
• Rolex Certified.
