Job Description: Loss/Term Specialist

Client : Large Automotive Finance Company

Position : Account Admin Agent

Type : Contract to Hire

Location : Hybrid role in North Fort Worth, TX

Responsibilities :

• Case Management: Begin each day with a set number of cases in the queue.

• Software Utilization: Process cases using specialized software.

• Terminations and Charge Offs: Manage account terminations and charge off cases.

• Loss Mitigation: Transition vehicles to loss mitigation for accounts no longer being collected on.

• Title Recovery: Retrieve vehicle titles.

• Auction Preparation: Prepare and send vehicles to auction.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Background in Auto Finance

• High School Diploma

• Proficiency with multiple systems

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Experience in Loss Prevention or contract termination

Job Overview:

Insight Global is looking for a meticulous and organized Account Admin Agent to join a prominent automotive finance client in North Fort Worth. This hybrid role involves managing a queue of cases related to charge offs or terminations, either post-collection or within the collection cycle. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of the administrative aspects of auto financing and collections.

Daily Activities:

• Loss Presentation Cases: Handle cases involving loss mitigation and vehicle recovery.

• Team Dynamics: Collaborate within a team of 12, efficiently navigating between systems.

• Skill Development: Progress from basic to more advanced tasks, managing increasingly complex cases.

• Late Stage Collections: Oversee cases where vehicles need refurbishment and auction preparation.

• Contract Termination: Execute contract terminations, warranty cancellations, and manage insurance loss cases.

• Skip Tracing: Process charge off cases and manage repossession cases.

Experience Requirements:

• 1-2 years of relevant experience

• Ability to perform under pressure within the first 1-2 months

• Training in loss terminations, collections, and finance

• Proficiency in spreadsheets and email communications

Additional Information:

• Entry Level: Handle charge off cases.

• Complex Cases: Manage repossession cases, review contracts, and verify financial details.

• Warranty Cancellation: Communicate with insurance companies to cancel warranties.

Compensation:

$15-$20/hr

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
