Logistics Program Manager

Location: Hillsboro, OR -Hybrid

Duration: 1 year, extendable

Responsibilities:

The LPM owns product shipment, management of customer returns, and disposition of excess/obsolete FG inventory.

MUST-HAVE Qualifications:

• Must have proficient PC skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SAP order entry and order management , and Project, (preferred but not required.)
• Must be able to elevate customer issues appropriately and resolve issues when possible, providing Proof of Delivery, etc..
• BS degree is preferred in Supply Chain Management, Business, or similar. Otherwise, AS degree is acceptable with more exp.
• Must be detail oriented, excellent verbal and written communication skills, shipping product though SAP, must be SAP proficient.

Good to Have Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of customer service and/or business planning is a huge plus.
• Knowledge of Client's established policies, procedures and computer systems a huge plus but not required.
• Must have excellent written and - Verbal communication skills/Technique.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment required.
