We're looking for a Logistics Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team and ensure our clients receive exceptional service! This hybrid remote role offers the flexibility of working from home with the opportunity to transition to a fully remote position after becoming permanent.

What You'll Do:

Be the Client's Champion: Handle orders, answer questions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Communication Hub: Collaborate with internal teams to keep clients informed about deliveries and shipments.
Team Player: Work with buyers and production planners to meet deadlines and fulfill customer needs.
Problem Solver: Handle returns, credits, and any issues that may arise.
Global Thinker: Prepare customs documentation for international shipments (bonus points if you have experience!).
We're Looking For:

2+ years of customer service experience (you're a pro at keeping clients happy!).
A passion for organization and a keen eye for detail.
Tech-Savvy: You're comfortable using common office software (Outlook, Excel, Word).
Bonus Points: Experience with supply chain systems, AS/400 systems (especially J.D. Edwards!), and EDI systems.
