Process and manage orders: Receive, review, and process incoming orders accurately and efficiently. This includes verifying inventory, coordinating with the warehouse team for picking and packing, and for preparing shipping documents. Support divisions on orders upload and trace PO to make sure products arrive in time for sales to be met.

· Follow up transportation and shipping: Track shipments, address any delays or issues, and ensure timely delivery to customers.

· Maintain accurate records: Update and maintain logistics databases and spreadsheets, including shipment details, tracking numbers, and delivery confirmations.

· Inventory management: Assist with inventory control Team by monitoring stock levels, identifying shortages, and process recaps as needed.

· Customer service: Act as a point of contact for customers regarding their orders, providing updates on shipment status, and addressing any inquiries or concerns professionally. Ensure proper documentation are sent to the customers.
